Stardock Central keeps reporting "unregistred" after renewing OD subscription.

I purchased another year OD renewal this morning from the Stardock webshop but I am still not getting acces through SC.

How can this be?

There have been a few problems with access to the SQL server storing user registrations. There are people working on it now. If it is not fixed in 24 hours, I suggest you contact sales@stardock.com and ask them to confirm that the renewal went through correctly. They will be able to adjust your account (on Monday) if it did not. Sorry for the delay in your renewal!
